"I bought this as a gift…"
I bought this as a gift for my sister, and she was really happy with it. The colors are lovely, and it feels a bit more "personal" than just giving the usual bottle gift. It arrived in good shape too, so no complaints from me.

"Pretty easy to use overall"
The site was easy to use and I found the bottle I was looking for way faster than I expected, which was nice. Checkout went through fine too, no real issues there. The only thing is I was on my phone and the filters felt a little unclear, like I had to poke around a bit more than I wanted to. But overall, not bad at all.

"Solid bottle and feels like a better choice"
I picked this up because I’m trying to use less plastic at work. It feels sturdy and I like that the brand talks about emissions and reusable materials. It’s not the cheapest bottle out there so I’m giving it 4 stars but I’m still happy with it overall.

I was able to check out in the end, but the whole process felt slower than it should have. The payment page also loaded kind of weird, which made me wonder if something was wrong. What annoyed me most was the wording on a few parts of the checkout, it made things sound clearer or faster than they actually were.

"Kinda Slow Customer Support"
I reached out to 24bottles.com about an issue I was having, and it took a while to get a reply. When they finally got back to me, the response was helpful enough, but the wait was kinda frustrating. It wasn’t the worst experience, but I expected them to be a bit quicker.

"Nice bottles, but the pricing feels off"
I really wanted to like 24Bottles because the designs are nice, but the prices just didn’t sit right with me. At the end of the day, it’s a water bottle, not some high-end piece of tech. Once shipping was added, it felt even harder to justify. I get that companies need to make money, but there’s also something to be said for pricing things in a way that feels fair to regular people. To me, it seemed like a lot of what you’re paying for is the brand name.

"Nice, but I’m not totally convinced"
It does look good and most of the time it works fine, so I wanted to like it more than I do. But mine leaked in my bag twice, which was really frustrating. It’s not awful by any means, I just expected it to be a little more reliable for everyday use

I was a little unsure at first, but once I got it in hand, it actually felt really well built. It has a solid, sturdy feel that makes me a lot more confident it’ll hold up with regular use

"Light and handy, but feels like it used to be better"
I mainly picked this up because I wanted a bottle that wouldn’t weigh down my bag, and in that sense it does the job. It’s light, slim, and easy to bring to work or take on walks. That said, I feel like bottles like this used to be a bit sturdier. This one dents more easily than I expected, and the cap can be kind of annoying at times. I still use it and it’s convenient, but it’s not something I’d call amazing. If portability is your main priority, it’s fine.

"Nice bottles, but restock updates were frustrating"
I really like 24bottles and the products themselves are great, but the one I actually wanted was out of stock for what felt like ages. I kept checking back a few times and there was still no update, and no follow-up or notification to let me know if or when it might be available again. In the end I just picked another color, which is fine, but it definitely wasn’t my first choice. I wish the restock info was clearer and they were better about keeping customers updated

The bottle arrived looking close to the photos, maybe just a little darker in person. It still looks nice overall, so I’m happy with it. I did take off one star for the slight color difference, and I also wish the instructions had been a bit clearer.

"Needs more in-between sizes"
I just wish they had more middle size options. The company descriptions make it sound like everything is super flexible and perfectly thought out, but in real life I felt kind of stuck between sizes. Not terrible, just a bit annoying.

My first impression was that the bottles looked really nice and clean, so I was excited to browse through them. But after looking around a bit, the selection felt limited. I was expecting more sizes and styles to choose from, and it was hard to find anything that felt different from the usual options.

Right out of the box, my first impression was that this bottle felt really solid and well-made. It doesn’t feel cheap at all, but it also wasn’t too expensive, which was a big plus. I’ve been using it daily and I’m really happy with it so far. Definitely feels worth the money.

"Nice packaging, no extra junk"
My bottle showed up packed really nicely, and there wasn’t a bunch of plastic stuff in there, which I appreciated. Just felt good ordering from them, and this all arrived safe with no issues.
